Pity..

This piece has the potential to be a great work of art. But it doesn't live up to this potential. One of the problems I'm having with this piece is that the intro is a bit too long and the vocal has some unnecissary repeats which make it sound a bit annoying. Furthermore, when the song actually starts. It's just to slow for what, I'm my opinion, the listener is anticipating. I'd love to see an improvement on this piece, because I really think it could be very good.

I agree the intro is a bit long, but I think it works because it builds up a lot of anticipation, as you mentioned.

I think the repeating vocals is more a taste thing, some people will like it while others will not. I for one like it.

I also agree that the the BPM could be faster at the end, although I also think it works like this. I'd have to test it out.

Overall I might improve it as I get more knowledge.
